Ingredients (for 10 people)
900 g fresh tuna
1 small white onion
3 green onions
2 cm fresh ginger
3 cloves of garlic
12 cl of soy sauce
1 C. tablespoon of sesame oil
1 C. coffee pepper flakes
1 C. coffee with chilli sauce
1 C. sea salt or salt from Hawaii
